You are not what you were.

Spring is coming. Before I was given divine appreciative words, I would hate spring because I felt pain mentally in spring every year. When the cold season changes into the warm one, my hormone balance influenced, I used to feel lethargic and I felt my mind was going to be weak.

In fact, I hear the number of patients who go to a mental hospital or a department of psychosomatic medicine increases in spring. Also, patients who suffer from cedar pollen allergy have been increasing for the last 10 years.

In addition, electromagnetic waves from the sun will be more and more intense from this year on and influence all human beings. So please take care of your health and as for work or some chores you can do right away, it’s better to take actions before you’re concerned. And you must concentrate on what you come up with always trying to make your mind as clear as possible.

In my case, I was freed from the depression in spring by acquiring the habit of reminding myself of gratitude and returning to the fundamental truth that I am able to feel pains because I am kept alive. And it also helped me to hold memorial services for my ancestral spirits with gratitude using Yorishiro, such as a strip of fancy paper or a memorial tablet.

Recently, there are a lot of people who are concerned about if they have some spiritual dirt from their past lives. If they can worry about it, they are already free from half of the spiritual dirt. So all you have to do is lead a life in such a way that you can throw away your spiritual dirt, and do the right spiritual deeds.

  • deed 行い

As long as the spiritual dirt is active, it’s impossible for you to be spiritually awaken with your heart bound. Your heart would be sealed up in the state of your spiritual body bound. This causes you to go to the wrong direction without so much as feeling doubt or trying to keep away from something bad. Then, even if your friends advise you to stop bad things, you couldn’t accept their advice. Conversely, the spiritual dirt will lead you to keep away from those friends who are kind enough to give you some advice.

Human cells change everyday because of metabolism. I hear that all of the cells are replaced with other new ones in a few months. What you were is different from what you are. You don’t need to worry about things past. You have only to remember it so that you won’t make the same mistake again.

Now and the future is important. If you can have the gratitude for being kept alive, you are not what you were. The divine words which renew you are:

生かして頂いて ありがとう御座位ます

Thank you so much for keeping us alive.
