What Kannagara is Actually Like

2_480_854

Kannagara(カンナガラ) means living cheerfully with Inner God in our hearts and “tasting” both good things and bad things naturally with gratitude. You don’t have to give up, thinking that it’s difficult to do.

  • give up 諦める

Inner God, part of the Original God, and your soul never die and live forever. Any difficulty or trouble is trivial. Even illnesses or handicaps are like flash.

  • Inner God

You soul, reading this blog on the screen of your PC or mobile phone or in a book, lives forever. You don’t have to hurry at all. Experience good and bad together with your Inner God. This is called “Doukounishin”(同行二神), or walking through life together with God.

You yourself is part of the Original God. You must not hurt or kill your Inner God and your soul in the face of immediate troubles.

  • in the face of A Aと直面して
  • immediate 目先の

Those who can notice what people have taken for granted and be grateful for it can enjoy their lives rightly. Such people are in the state of Kannagara. Human beings, however, will worry about immediate matters in everyday lives. So why don’t you try the following?

● practice holding memorial services for your ancestors with gratitude and reminding yourself of gratitude to deities

● give and offer only gratitude to everything never depending on invisible beings

  • take A for granted Aを当たり前と思う
  • remind oneself of A Aを想起する

It is only when you fend for yourself in this way that absolute help comes naturally. That is, as long as you are dependent on others, you won’t get help and as soon as you depend on yourself, you’ll get help without asking paradoxically.

  • that is つまり
  • as long as S+V SがVする限り

Strange to say, people who pray to God appear to be dependent on God, but spiritually speaking they are dependent on themselves. They are the kind of people that try to use God for themselves and they want to make their dreams come true by all means. It can be said that they are very egoistic and they will do anything to fulfill their dreams. In a true sense, they don’t respect God. They’re atheists in a way.

  • by all means 何としても
  • in a way ある意味で

True deities abhor egocentric thinking. The true faith of gratitude attracts absolute help from outside. You were not born into this world without any help. The Great Being was involved in it. Souls live forever. Whatever misfortunes happen to you, don’t be panicked and taste them well. And if you have this kind of mindset, you can keep away from them conversely.

  • keep away from A Aを遠ざけておく
  • conversely 逆に
