When You Breathe In, You’re Taking in Life Energy as Well as Oxygen

天津 神様

Whenever I see people who are worried, irritated, depressed and sick, I find their breathing is shallow. In breathing, they don’t send air and prana, or life energy, not only to the bottom of their lungs but also to their abdomen. They seem to breathe not with their abdomen but with their neck. Such a way of breathing leads to chronic lack of oxygen, weakening all the cells of their body. When cells get weak, the power of circulation inside their body will decrease and they can be obese. It goes without saying that when a physical body is weak, so is a mind.

  • obese 肥満な

Breathing is important because it takes in life energy from space as well as oxygen. This life energy, taken in, becomes nutrition for your spiritual body, strengthens it and influences your physical body, too. Physical bodies age and become ill sooner or later, but by breathing slowly and deeply taking in life energy, you can have your mind stable. Even if you feel pain in some parts of your body, you can bear it as long as your mind is stable.

Not only breathing deeply but also reminding yourself of gratitude is important. By doing so, you can have your Inner God reveal itself and unexpected good things will happen to you.

  1. Breathe in through your nose slowly expanding your abdomen in such a way that you use the whole abdomen.
  2. Breath out through your mouth or nose. Take double the time of breathing in.
  3. As you breathe, remind yourself of gratitude saying in your mind ” Thank you so much for keeping us alive” if it’s possible.

  • gratitude 感謝の気持ち
  • reveal oneself 現れる
  • unexpected 予期せぬ

When I use my PC, I often sit in a reclining chair with my legs stretched. In doing this, my abdomen moves up and down every time I breathe. I could move it greatly as if it were a creature or something. If you feel that the energy of your spiritual body is getting low, concentrate on trying the things above for about ten minutes so that your abdomen moves up and down greatly, and you’ll find life energy filled in your body like a pump.

  • stretch 伸ばす
  • every time S+V SがVするたびに
  • creature 生き物
  • concentrate 集中する

The other day, looking at myself in the mirror before taking a bath, I found my waist was narrowed. And the muscle of my shoulder looked stronger. I remembered then that my waste had become so slim that I needed to draw my belt tighter. Also, the change of drinking water from cold water to hot water seems to have affected my waistline. Drinking cold water makes your body cold, so that you body tries to accumulate fat against coldness unconsciously. It’s also important not to make your body temperature low in terms of immunity.

  • seem to have pp 〜したように思われる
  • accumulate 蓄積する

To stay healthy from now on;

● Be conscious of your breathing.

● Drink hot water. It’s advisable to drink more than one litter of tepid water a day about your body temperature.

● Take in natural mineral and salt from kelp. Cut a sheet of kelp into two or three, wash it lightly with water, put it in a cup with tepid water in it and drink it. You can use the kelp during the day, adding hot water to the cup. You don’t have to do this everyday. You can do it every other day.

● Take care of the nutritional balance of your meal. You should eat soybean processed food, root crops, seaweed and brown rice. Japanese food is good.

I feel that these things above will be more and more important from now on. In addition to it, the most important thing is to remind yourself of the following phrase every day;

  • conscious 意識的な
  • tepid water ぬるま湯
  • advisable 望ましい
  • kelp 昆布
  • add 加える
  • every other day 一日置きに
  • nutritional 栄養の
  • soybean 大豆
  • seaweed 海藻
  • brown rice 玄米
