What Keeps Depression Away?

81pvowlMOmL

I owe what I am to grateful memorial services with the use of Yorishiro(寄り代), a medium for spirits to stay at temporarily, and three incense sticks. I’ve been doing this for about 25 years. If I hadn’t started to do this, my life would be very different.

  • owe A to B AがあるのはBのお陰だ
  • incense stick 線香

I have a family. I’ve been working for about twenty years without suffering from any disease. I’m so healthy that I can dash 500 meters on a slope every day. However, since I’ve been working on the night shift these days, my sense of time is totally out of touch with the normal one. Time seems to fly so fast. Though a holy spirit has told me about the acceleration of time before, I’m not sure if my present sense of time is due to my work or what the holy spirit told me about. I feel as if I were watching pictures in a fast forward manner.

  • suffer 苦しむ
  • disease 病気
  • slope 坂道
  • acceleration 加速
  • fast forward 早送り

As time accelerates, I look younger and younger. The other day, when I get back home after having my hair cut, my wife said to me “You look like a boy!” lol  Now that I’m way over forty years old, I don’t know if I should be pleased at what my wife said.

  • the other day 先日

When I was a high school student, I would often suffer from spiritual problems. Every time I passed by a memorial monument or a crash site, I suffered from depression after I arrived home. I didn’t know how to appease spirits, so I was affected directly by them.

  • every time S+V SがVする度に
  • memorial monument 慰霊碑
  • depression 鬱
  • appease 慰める

When I was in college, I experienced panic disorder several times. This was due to spirit possession. The moment I felt a spirit got on the back of my neck, my limbs got rigid and my heart started pounding. I perceived great icy sadness encroaching on my body as if I was watching myself objectively from above.

Thanks to these experiences, I know how effective grateful memorial services for ancestors is and I can sympathize with readers of this blog suffering from spiritual problems. Now I know that my holy spirit led me to experience these on purpose.

  • thanks to A Aのお陰で
  • lead A to~  Aに〜するよう仕向ける

You may not be so interested in spiritual things nor affected by spirits now, but it is possible that you will suffer in the future ahead, for as the electromagnetic waves from the sun get intense, spirits hiding in your spiritual body can appear on the surface. I feel such people will increase rapidly.

Also, if you’re under the influence of wandering spirits other than ancestral spirits because of the clogging of your spiritual line, you life force, which flows into you from the Primordial Being, will decrease. In this case, your depression is likely to be diagnosed as psychiatric disorder, but it is not cured by medical science in the true sense, for drugs can only make the whole mental activities slow down.

Depression makes you go through hell on earth. Do not even think that you want to experience it because such a mere thought can cause you true depression. If you should feel something is wrong with you, get a hold of yourself. Once you’ve got depressed, all of your efforts are wasted.

  • hell on earth 生き地獄

  • get a hold of A Aをしっかり保つ

If you’ve already have depression,

* Go to the doctor and take medicine at the direction of the doctor.

* Find out what you should be grateful of in your daily lives.

*Drink one litter of hot water a day with o.1 g of sea salt in it.

*Take stretching exercise or light walking exercise.

*Take meals of well-balanced nutrition.

*Clean your room.

*Hold memorial services for your ancestral spirits with the use of three incense sticks. Make sure later that the fire of the incense sticks is out. If you’re afraid to hold a memorial service, you don’t need to.

*Try to be grateful for being kept alive and remind yourself of gratitude toward your ancestors or dead children in everyday life.

These things above are not necessarily what you have to do. Decide what you can do by yourself. Don’t be upset. Look at the situation patiently without haste. Holding grateful memorial services for your ancestors and reminding yourself of gratitude for being kept alive, which make you aware of the starting point of life and death, keep depression away. It will determine your destiny whether you put these into practice or not.

Being Positive Heals Sick Families and Friends

81pvowlMOmL

There seem a lot of people who have depressed and anguished feelings, caring about sick families. They have to know that they can’t cure others’ diseases however hard they worry. Worrying too much would damage their own health, which makes the situation much worse.

  • depressed 憂鬱な
  • anguished 苦悶の
  • relative 親戚
  • disease 病気
  • situation 状況

Diseases are a consequence of your state of mind. Modern medicine can deal with the consequence as a supportive measure. Techniques of modern medicine have developed largely to be sure, but the fundamental cause of diseases is still unknown and often not paid attention to. It’s been regarded as outside of medical science and in the field of psychology or religion somehow.

  • consequence 結果

This is because human beings don’t know why life arises, after all. If invisible human mind is unraveled by science, the universe, seemingly unrelated to human mind, will be unraveled, too.

The universe has the only one mind, which is the same as yours. People can understand each other’s emotional pain. This is not so much because they have the ability to imagine as because they share the same mind. Imagine you have a family or friend suffering from a disease. At this very moment, your mind is near the person. So, if you lift up your heart and send your gratitude to the person, you can heal him/her without saying anything. This is what true spiritual healers do.

Or, what if your child is mentally ill? Then you must not be pessimistic about your child’s future, spending your time in a blue mood. Enjoy your life and live positively, which will do much good to your child. Your child may make sarcastic remarks like “You look happy don’t you, huh?” But, at the bottom of his/her heart, your child is feeling relieved.

Most traditional religions or spiritual methods are apt to make people feel gloomy. They oppress people and make them depressed, for if the believers or clients should awaken and become light of heart, such religious groups or healers can’t make money or maintain their organizations by threatening or instilling a feeling of fear into them. Also, nonsensical incantations are no better than a placebo. It can only give you a false, temporary feeling of relief.

You are like an end of a rope extending from the one and only mind, namely the Primordial Being. The part between you and the mind is like your ancestors. If the rope had been broken, you wouldn’t be here. Even if it’s not broken, the loosen fibers of the rope make the end loose.  Holding grateful memorial services for your ancestral spirits and reminding yourself of gratitude toward the one and only mind bunches the loosen fibers together and braces up the whole rope.

Slow but Steady Wins the Race

81pvowlMOmL

You can personalize the way you hold a memorial service for your ancestral spirits as long as you do it for the purpose of offering your gratitude to them. I myself can change it slightly. If there’s any useless part in the way, it will be gone naturally.

  • for the purpose of ~ing 〜する為に

The way I hold memorial services these days when I do it alone is like the following:

A.

  1. I hold three incense sticks in my left hand and light them all.
  2. I take one of them with my right hand and say “My ancestors, please help yourself to the smoke.”
  3. I put it in the incense container in front of my household shinto altar, thinking of the whole male ancestors whose family name is mine and those of a family line related to me.
  4. After this, I repeatedly say  “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te  A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su.”
  • Help yourself to A 自由にAを取って下さい。

B.

  1. I take another incense stick with my right hand and say “My ancestors, please help yourself to the smoke.”
  2. I put it in the incense container, thinking of the whole female ancestors whose family name is mine and those of a family line related to me.
  3. After this, I repeatedly say “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te  A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su.”

C.

  1. I take the third incense stick with my right hand and say “Other spirits related to me, please help yourself to the smoke.”
  2. I put it in the incense container, thinking of all spiritual beings related to me, such as aborted babies, ancestral spirits of parents’ family, if you’re married woman, spirits you don’t know directly, living spirits and pet animals. If you want to appease particular dead people, think about them at this timing.
  3. Then, I say repeatedly, until I’m satisfied, “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te  A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su,” putting my hands together.
  4. Lastly, I say “A Ma Te Ra Su O Ho Mi Ka Mi, A Ma Te Ra Su O Ho Mi Ka MI” several times until I feel secured.

Part C is important, especially for married women. It’s essential not to limit the object of memorial services. You don’t need to think of each spirits one by one, such as your aborted babies, spirits of your parents’ family line, living spirits, your dead pet animal and so on. All you have to do is think that the third incense stick can take care of them all. If you have a friend or acquaintance who passed away recently, just offer your gratitude to them in offering the third incense stick.

You hold a memorial service every day, so it’s OK to do it simply with gratitude and incense sticks. It takes one minute for me to do it. Since you are not sure what kind of spirits have influences on you, just hold it every day and leave the rest to the other world. If you choose the object of your memorial service, spirits who need appeasement most can’t be appeased. Even if you don’t choose who to appease, you can appease spirits who need help because of the magnetism of your unconsciousness in the brain.

  • leave A to B AをBに任せる
  • the rest 残り
  • the other world あの世
  • appeasement 慰め

If you hold memorial services for the purpose of the improvement of your health or  present situations, it’s not true memorial services for your ancestors. Keep in mind such selfish memorial services can’t appease them.

  • improvement 改善
  • present situations 現状
  • keep A in mind Aを心に留めておく

* “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te”(for being kept alive)…  appreciative words toward Kunitokotachi-o-kami(国常立太御神), who controls life and death of all living things on this planet, including the other world.

* “A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su”(I am grateful)… apreciateive words toward Amaterasu-o-ho-mi-kami(天照太御神), the origin of all life or the Goddess with maternal love who produces and raises life.

I hold a memorial service after changing the water of the small water cup in front of my household shinto altar and praying to God. Toward the shinto altar, I bow twice, clap my hands twice, say “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te  A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su” several times and “Amaterasu-o-ho-mi-kami, Amaterasu-oho-mi-kami” a couple of times and bow once.

“Bowing twice, clapping hands twice and bowing once” suggests “having two holy spirits shake hands so that they can be one holy spirit.” Or,

*Connecting your spirit to Inner God so that they can be one spiritual being

*Connecting the holy spirit of the shinto shrine at which you obtaind the Kamifuda, a kind of amulet provided by a shinto shrine, to your Inner God so that the holy spirit can be your own spirit

  • that is to say つまり

There are a lot of meanings included in the way you bow and clap your hands toward the shinto altar. By the way, the way visitors to a shrine bow four times, instead of two, toward the main building of a shrine, practiced in Izumo region, is more subdivided way.

  • include 含める
  • by the way ちなみに

The point is you keep on holding memorial services for your ancestral spirits, which accumulates your magnetism of gratitude. And this magnetism protects you in many ways. You may wonder if your memorial services do good to your ancestral spirits. Whether you can keep on doing it or not is the answer. The fact that you hold a memorial service for your ancestral spirits every day shows it really works, for if it’s not effective, you are sure to get bored and stop doing it.

  • get bored 飽きる

What is the Spiritual Line?

81pvowlMOmL

Seen through my psychic eyes, a spiritual line looks extending from under the bone of each shoulder. And the two spiritual lines become one over head and extends more toward the sky. The spiritual line extending to another dimension can be said to be a mark on the world that ancestors have made. It’s like a pipe through which ancestors’ spiritual DNAs have been flowing since the beginning of the human race.

IMG_3567

  • extend 伸びる
  • dimension 次元
  • mark 跡
  • ancestor 先祖
  • the human race 人類

Humans were like God at the very beginning they were born from God. As time went by, they increased in number just like a tree grows up branching out in a number of directions. Ancient humans at the early stage were like the trunk of the tree, while the modern humans are like the edge of a leaf. Ancestors are like the branch between the leaf and the trunk. Some ancestors’ spiritual lines are ten centimeters long and others are one meter long.

The spiritual line extending from your right shoulder and that extending from your left shoulder twine around each other and extends as one spiritual line beyond time and space.  As your spiritual line is purified and becomes thick and as the result your soul has developed, you appear to have two wings extending from your shoulders and a ring over your head. To be exact, the ring is the spiritual line like a pipe. The way it looks depends on the spiritual ability of a perceiver.

  • to be exact 正確に言うと

In the Western world, such a person is described as an angel with two wings on the back and a halo over the head, while in Buddhism the halo is expressed as one behind or above the head of a Buddhist statue.

  • describe 描く
  • halo 光の輪
  • Buddhist statue 仏像

The right-sided spiritual line is the spiritual line of your family line. The left-sided spiritual line is the one of your Inner God. The former is replaced with another when your family name is changed because of marriage or adoption. When your family name is changed, your look and preference are also changed.

If a married woman refuses to change her family name, for example, she is likely to get a divorce because her own family’s spiritual line doesn’t tune in to her husband’s. So, if you hope for your daughter’s happiness, you should make her focus on her new family. Married women can fit into their husbands’ families fast by holding memorial services for their husbands’ ancestral spirits.

  • refuse 拒む
  • be likely to~ 〜しそうである
  • divorce 離婚
  • tune in to A Aに同調する
  • ancestral 先祖の

When an evil spirit possess a person, the spirit tries to bite off the person’s right-sided spiritual line because once the person is cut off from his family’s spiritual line, the evil spirit can control the person both mentally and physically. It is because the protection by ancestral spirits is very strong in the World of Reality that evil spirits try to destroy the right-sided spiritual line first.

  • bite off A  Aを噛み切る

Evil psychics or spiritual healers have their right-sided spiritual lines broken and have a hole in their spiritual body beneath the right shoulder. They, evil spirits going in and out of their holes, are unwilling to appease ancestral spirits and even deny them. The hole grows bigger and bigger, until the evil spirit tries to bite off the left-sided spiritual line connecting to Inner God. When the left-sided spiritual line is cut, the person dies.

You might wonder “Is my spiritual line all right? ” or “Is there a hole in my spiritual body?” But don’t worry. If you can notice it while you’re alive, it’s OK.  Just think about now and the future without being stuck in the past. If you keep away from any spiritual deed that attach spiritual dirt to your spiritual body and practice holding memorial services for your ancestral spirits and reminding yourself of gratitude, the hole will regenerate and close up. Don’t worry.

  • the past 過去

The left-sided spiritual line is connected to the spiritual center beneath the right side of your chest that controls your soul and Inner God, while the right-sided spiritual line is connected to the spiritual center beneath the left side of your chest that controls your physical body.

Appeasing your ancestral spirits with gratitude for them cleanses your right-sided spiritual line. Reminding yourself of gratitude for your daily lives and gods cleanses your left-sided spiritual line. The cleased spiritual lines become one thick spiritual line over your head, through which the life energy from the Primordial God flows into you. With the life energy, you could live a very happy life in this world.

Beautiful Flowers Need Healthy Roots

81pvowlMOmL

Human beings like to avoid looking at reality and try to escape from it, thinking ” What I am now is not what I should be,” ” There must be my true mission somewhere else,” or “My life is miserable because of something other than me.” There are some young people who ascribe their dissatisfaction of life to their parents and ancestors and search the invisible, spiritual world for their escapes.

You have to realize the very miracle that you exist now. You can’t put up any building without its foundation. If you want to put up a great building on the ground, you have to construct a foundation corresponding the structure under the ground. The taller a building is, the longer its underground support poles are. The same thing can be said about appeasing ancestral spirits, too.

If you want to flourish physically and mentally in this world, you need to sink deep roots into the other world by appeasing your ancestral spirits and these roots, so to speak a spiritual line of your family line and through which you were born into this world, need to be healthy. Flowers don’t come out with their roots rotten. As long as you keep your roots healthy, you can flourish over and over again if you fail once. You don’t need any expensive chemical fertilizer or strange artificial beam to keep them healthy. It’s no use sticking to your flowers (=result) without taking care of the roots (=cause).

Everything happens between the parental gods called the sun and the ground. God is all around. Those are strong who deeply realize how lucky they are in their present situations. They can achieve any success free from care between heaven and earth. Everything changes in this World of Reality. Just as good things never last, bad things never last long. Some people may say that they’ve been unlucky all the time. But, in fact, they just don’t know how lucky they are in their present situations. They cannot enjoy the happiness they’ve already have.

Ramakrishna, a holy man in India, would often go out, saying to his family “I’ll come back soon,” and not come back home for half a day. It often happened that his family, searching for him, caught watching in fascination flowers blooming along a road, sometimes a chained cow and at other times a rooster in a cage. Asked by a member of his family, he said “I’ve been fascinated by the beauty of God.”

Do not Depend on Things or Persons Other Than You

81pvowlMOmL

There are a lot of people who don’t believe in themselves. They assume that they aren’t good enough, depending on others or religions, trying to escape from reality. They should know that it’s no use trying to depend on others. Each human being is like a universe. Such a mental attitude, which distracts their consciousness from their own universes, would cause themselves huge losses and paralyze their universes.

Why is it no use trying to depend on others? Why does such a mental attitude do you harm? Because you’ll die alone. The more dependant on others you are, the more pain you’ll suffer when you die.

Imagine that your spiritual guru inculcates you with a doctrine that he will appear before you when you’re about to die. Because he doesn’t appear on your deathbed, you’ll despair and continue to suffer even after death. You have to know that however hard you wait for the guru, he never appears.

Also, if you believe the doctrine that God is outside of you, you’ll be panicked too when you’re on the point of death. Because God never appears before you at that time. The fact is not what you think it is. It is mostly your ancestral spirits you have never seen that appear on your deathbed. Though you’ve never seen them, you’ll be able to recognize them as  your ancestors somehow. Or there may be some ancestors you know there.

All human beings are born in this World of Reality through their parents, or ancestors. In the same way, when they leave this world, they are to meet their ancestors. There is no one who comes into being without their ancestors.

  • in the same way 同様に

When you go back to the other world through a dimensional wall , you go through a spiritual line of your family line. After passing through the dimensional wall, your soul heads for another world, according to the level of your soul.

Those are blessed who realize deeply that something great exists in themselves as Inner God, for when they leave this world, the lights of gods related to them will accompany them, together with their ancestral spirits. So, if you want to live always conscious of your Inner God, live life in this World of Reality, interacting with others, and ponder the meaning of the following words:

Only Your Original Spiritual Body will Survive the New Age

81pvowlMOmL

According to a TV news that I saw the other day,  there is a theory in the field of the latest brain science that human mind is made of water. It said that, at the cellular level in the brain, brain cells acting as conduit tubes carrying water are mainly made of water.

  • theory 説
  • cellular 細胞の
  • conduit tube 導管

Most of the human body is made of water and the cells carry water to every corner of the brain. It’s interesting to think that the movement of water is that of mind. It may be said that the disproportion of water in the brain affects vascular constriction and blood flow, causing migraine.

  • corner 隅
  • movement 動き
  • disproportion 不均等
  • vascular  血管の
  • constriction 収縮
  • migraine 偏頭痛

Holy spirits reside in water. In a way, it can be said that water equals gods. I’ve got a feeling that spiritual magnetism can be stored in water. That is, the magnetism of your thought is stored in the water of your brain, flows through your whole body, affects new cells and forms you physical body.

  • reside 宿る
  • magnetism 磁気
  • form 形作る

The problem is the effects of electromagnetic waves from the sun on the water in your body. Spiritual magnetism contained in electromagnetic waves of the sun, or spiritual light, has a great effect on the water inside your body. The effects are as follows:

  1. If the water inside your body contains a lot of unnecessary metals such as aluminum or lead, the magnetism of the spiritual light respond to the metals, causing irritation and general malaise.
  2. If another spiritual body or energy is attached to your spiritual body, it causes abnormal reactions to happen on you spiritual body, leading to cancer or death.
  • lead to Aをもたらす

If your spiritual body is an original one, no matter how sickly you are or how much you suffer from cancer, the spiritual light goes through your spiritual body, causing you no abnormal reactions. On the contrary, the spiritual light of the sun revives and tightens your body.

  • sickly 病弱な
  • reaction 反応
  • on the contrary それどころか

The method for your spiritual body to turn into your original one is holding grateful memorial services for your ancestors and reminding yourself of gratitude in everyday life. The electromagnetism of the sun is going to be more and more intense. Scientific studies show that it will be so intense that human beings have never experienced it before. There will be an extensive network disturbance or blackout, an increase in cardiovascular disorders such as heart disease and so on.

With more and more people suffering from the effects of the electromagnetic waves from the sun in the form of mental disorder, illness or general malaise, the problem is whether the practice of holding memorial services for ancestors can function or produce a response in time. There are individual differences in the time to take effect.

  • in the form of A Aの形で
  • in time 間に合って

If your physical body is not strong enough to hold a memorial service for your ancestors, you might as well keep away from any spiritual things, including the memorial service, and concentrate on getting well with the help of modern medicine with gratitude for being kept alive in mind.

  • might as well~ 〜した方が良いかもしれない
  • with the help of A Aの助けを借りて

People, when in difficulties, are apt to expect too much of the memorial services for ancestral spirits. In this case, you are holding the memorial services for yourself, not for them. This is no good, for as you hold memorial services for your ancestors only, you will come to be healed as a by-product. It’s up to you whether to put into practice what I’ve said above. It all depends on your strength of will and judgement.

  • be apt to~ 〜しがちである
