Slow but Steady Wins the Race

You can personalize the way you hold a memorial service for your ancestral spirits as long as you do it for the purpose of offering your gratitude to them. I myself can change it slightly. If there’s any useless part in the way, it will be gone naturally.

  • for the purpose of ~ing 〜する為に

The way I hold memorial services these days when I do it alone is like the following:

A.

  1. I hold three incense sticks in my left hand and light them all.
  2. I take one of them with my right hand and say “My ancestors, please help yourself to the smoke.”
  3. I put it in the incense container in front of my household shinto altar, thinking of the whole male ancestors whose family name is mine and those of a family line related to me.
  4. After this, I repeatedly say  “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te  A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su.”
  • Help yourself to A 自由にAを取って下さい。

B.

  1. I take another incense stick with my right hand and say “My ancestors, please help yourself to the smoke.”
  2. I put it in the incense container, thinking of the whole female ancestors whose family name is mine and those of a family line related to me.
  3. After this, I repeatedly say “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te  A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su.”

C.

  1. I take the third incense stick with my right hand and say “Other spirits related to me, please help yourself to the smoke.”
  2. I put it in the incense container, thinking of all spiritual beings related to me, such as aborted babies, ancestral spirits of parents’ family, if you’re married woman, spirits you don’t know directly, living spirits and pet animals. If you want to appease particular dead people, think about them at this timing.
  3. Then, I say repeatedly, until I’m satisfied, “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te  A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su,” putting my hands together.
  4. Lastly, I say “A Ma Te Ra Su O Ho Mi Ka Mi, A Ma Te Ra Su O Ho Mi Ka MI” several times until I feel secured.

Part C is important, especially for married women. It’s essential not to limit the object of memorial services. You don’t need to think of each spirits one by one, such as your aborted babies, spirits of your parents’ family line, living spirits, your dead pet animal and so on. All you have to do is think that the third incense stick can take care of them all. If you have a friend or acquaintance who passed away recently, just offer your gratitude to them in offering the third incense stick.

You hold a memorial service every day, so it’s OK to do it simply with gratitude and incense sticks. It takes one minute for me to do it. Since you are not sure what kind of spirits have influences on you, just hold it every day and leave the rest to the other world. If you choose the object of your memorial service, spirits who need appeasement most can’t be appeased. Even if you don’t choose who to appease, you can appease spirits who need help because of the magnetism of your unconsciousness in the brain.

  • leave A to B AをBに任せる
  • the rest 残り
  • the other world あの世
  • appeasement 慰め

If you hold memorial services for the purpose of the improvement of your health or  present situations, it’s not true memorial services for your ancestors. Keep in mind such selfish memorial services can’t appease them.

  • improvement 改善
  • present situations 現状
  • keep A in mind Aを心に留めておく

* “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te”(for being kept alive)…  appreciative words toward Kunitokotachi-o-kami(国常立太御神), who controls life and death of all living things on this planet, including the other world.

* “A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su”(I am grateful)… apreciateive words toward Amaterasu-o-ho-mi-kami(天照太御神), the origin of all life or the Goddess with maternal love who produces and raises life.

I hold a memorial service after changing the water of the small water cup in front of my household shinto altar and praying to God. Toward the shinto altar, I bow twice, clap my hands twice, say “I Ka Shi Te I Ta Da I Te  A Ri Ga To U Go Za I Ma Su” several times and “Amaterasu-o-ho-mi-kami, Amaterasu-oho-mi-kami” a couple of times and bow once.

“Bowing twice, clapping hands twice and bowing once” suggests “having two holy spirits shake hands so that they can be one holy spirit.” Or,

*Connecting your spirit to Inner God so that they can be one spiritual being

*Connecting the holy spirit of the shinto shrine at which you obtaind the Kamifuda, a kind of amulet provided by a shinto shrine, to your Inner God so that the holy spirit can be your own spirit

  • that is to say つまり

There are a lot of meanings included in the way you bow and clap your hands toward the shinto altar. By the way, the way visitors to a shrine bow four times, instead of two, toward the main building of a shrine, practiced in Izumo region, is more subdivided way.

  • include 含める
  • by the way ちなみに

The point is you keep on holding memorial services for your ancestral spirits, which accumulates your magnetism of gratitude. And this magnetism protects you in many ways. You may wonder if your memorial services do good to your ancestral spirits. Whether you can keep on doing it or not is the answer. The fact that you hold a memorial service for your ancestral spirits every day shows it really works, for if it’s not effective, you are sure to get bored and stop doing it.

  • get bored 飽きる

How to Repair the Damage of Your Soul

81pvowlMOmL

Why are memorial services for ancestral spirits necessary? I have had a spiritual reading about this question when I was deep in concentration. What I saw and felt then was a vision of the profound process through which a soul takes on a physical body to come into being in this World of Reality.

  • ancestral 先祖の
  • necessary 必要な
  • concentration 集中
  • profound 深い

When a soul in the other world, led by Inner God, tries to tune in to a mother’s body the soul chose, the soul goes inside of her family’s spiritual line back and forth many times. While this innocent soul goes through it, the bumps of the inside damages the soul and makes a mark on it. The soul cannot get through the spiritual line without being damaged  by the bumps. That is , all souls that pass through the spiritual line of the same family line are damaged on the same spot.

  • the other world あの世
  • tune in to A Aに同調する

The marks of damage are etched into the soul and form physical characteristics, genetic disease, personality or preference, which are to be handed down from generation to generation of the family line. The wave motion of the spiritual magnetism the damaged soul produces affects the DNA of its physical body. Holding grateful memorial services for your ancestral spirits repairs the ragged surface of your spiritual line and makes it smooth.

  • hand down 伝える

The ragged surface of the inside of your spiritual line affects not only the prototype of your physical body but also your life even after birth. Because you receive life energy flowing through your spiritual line from the Primordial God, your physical body cannot help being influenced by it. The life energy is changed by the ragged surface of your spiritual line and flows into you.

If you succeed in making the ragged surface smooth, spiritual problems caused by the clogging of your spiritual line will disappear because all cells that constitute a human body are renewed every three months, each cell being renewed every day.

What I mentioned above is just an aspect of effects the spiritual line of your family line has on your physical body. What’s more important is that by holding memorial services for your ancestral spirits can you trace back your spiritual line and realize the connection between you and the holy spirit and, beyond it, the Primordial Being.

  • trace back 遡る
  • connection 繋がり

You can never go back to the Primordial Being by the help of evil spiritual beings or self-appointed psychics or spiritual gurus. To receive any help from them could be a fatal obstacle to your life. Now that you live in this world, it is the safest and reasonable way  for you to take advantage of your spiritual line that connects you to your ancestral spirits, like it or not.

  • like it or not

What is the Spiritual Line?

81pvowlMOmL

Seen through my psychic eyes, a spiritual line looks extending from under the bone of each shoulder. And the two spiritual lines become one over head and extends more toward the sky. The spiritual line extending to another dimension can be said to be a mark on the world that ancestors have made. It’s like a pipe through which ancestors’ spiritual DNAs have been flowing since the beginning of the human race.

IMG_3567

  • extend 伸びる
  • dimension 次元
  • mark 跡
  • ancestor 先祖
  • the human race 人類

Humans were like God at the very beginning they were born from God. As time went by, they increased in number just like a tree grows up branching out in a number of directions. Ancient humans at the early stage were like the trunk of the tree, while the modern humans are like the edge of a leaf. Ancestors are like the branch between the leaf and the trunk. Some ancestors’ spiritual lines are ten centimeters long and others are one meter long.

The spiritual line extending from your right shoulder and that extending from your left shoulder twine around each other and extends as one spiritual line beyond time and space.  As your spiritual line is purified and becomes thick and as the result your soul has developed, you appear to have two wings extending from your shoulders and a ring over your head. To be exact, the ring is the spiritual line like a pipe. The way it looks depends on the spiritual ability of a perceiver.

  • to be exact 正確に言うと

In the Western world, such a person is described as an angel with two wings on the back and a halo over the head, while in Buddhism the halo is expressed as one behind or above the head of a Buddhist statue.

  • describe 描く
  • halo 光の輪
  • Buddhist statue 仏像

The right-sided spiritual line is the spiritual line of your family line. The left-sided spiritual line is the one of your Inner God. The former is replaced with another when your family name is changed because of marriage or adoption. When your family name is changed, your look and preference are also changed.

If a married woman refuses to change her family name, for example, she is likely to get a divorce because her own family’s spiritual line doesn’t tune in to her husband’s. So, if you hope for your daughter’s happiness, you should make her focus on her new family. Married women can fit into their husbands’ families fast by holding memorial services for their husbands’ ancestral spirits.

  • refuse 拒む
  • be likely to~ 〜しそうである
  • divorce 離婚
  • tune in to A Aに同調する
  • ancestral 先祖の

When an evil spirit possess a person, the spirit tries to bite off the person’s right-sided spiritual line because once the person is cut off from his family’s spiritual line, the evil spirit can control the person both mentally and physically. It is because the protection by ancestral spirits is very strong in the World of Reality that evil spirits try to destroy the right-sided spiritual line first.

  • bite off A  Aを噛み切る

Evil psychics or spiritual healers have their right-sided spiritual lines broken and have a hole in their spiritual body beneath the right shoulder. They, evil spirits going in and out of their holes, are unwilling to appease ancestral spirits and even deny them. The hole grows bigger and bigger, until the evil spirit tries to bite off the left-sided spiritual line connecting to Inner God. When the left-sided spiritual line is cut, the person dies.

You might wonder “Is my spiritual line all right? ” or “Is there a hole in my spiritual body?” But don’t worry. If you can notice it while you’re alive, it’s OK.  Just think about now and the future without being stuck in the past. If you keep away from any spiritual deed that attach spiritual dirt to your spiritual body and practice holding memorial services for your ancestral spirits and reminding yourself of gratitude, the hole will regenerate and close up. Don’t worry.

  • the past 過去

The left-sided spiritual line is connected to the spiritual center beneath the right side of your chest that controls your soul and Inner God, while the right-sided spiritual line is connected to the spiritual center beneath the left side of your chest that controls your physical body.

Appeasing your ancestral spirits with gratitude for them cleanses your right-sided spiritual line. Reminding yourself of gratitude for your daily lives and gods cleanses your left-sided spiritual line. The cleased spiritual lines become one thick spiritual line over your head, through which the life energy from the Primordial God flows into you. With the life energy, you could live a very happy life in this world.

Replacing the Magnetism of Greed with that of Gratitude

81pvowlMOmL

When you’re in serious trouble, you will think that you want to die. When you lead an easy life, on the other hand, you will try to forget about death. According to your situations, you try to get close to death or keep away from it. With this mental attitude, your Inner God can’t be stable. If you can be conscious of how happy you are without forgetting about death even in your comfortable life, you can taste and enjoy your life in a true sense.

  • death 死
  • keep away from A Aを遠ざけておく

There are a lot of people in this world who try to live in the face of incurable diseases. People who go to hospital or are in hospital are trying to live. Human beings will try to live in the face of death, which is human nature and Inner God’s instinct. Therefore, if you think that you want to die soon, you have your Inner God hiding deep inside your heart. The deeper Inner God hides inside your heart, the more unstable your mind becomes, the more wrong decisions you make and the worse your situations go, like “It never rains but it pours.”

  • in the face of A  Aと直面の中で

To improve this situation, try to find out what you should be grateful of in your present life and be grateful for the fundamental truth that you are kept alive. To accumulate the magnetism of gratitude has practical effects on the World of Reality. You can do it by praying toward your household shinto altar or offering three incense sticks to the memorial tablet or a tanzaku paper for your ancestral spirits and other spirits related to you. By setting up such a place in this world, you can accumulate the magnetism of gratitude in your spiritual body, which results from the reflection of the magnetism from the other world.

  • find out A Aを見つけ出す

Prehistoric sites where religious ceremonies used to be held or shinto shrines are places for such magnetic-conversion. However, most of them have been contaminated with magnetism of personal greed. I hope a lot of people visit shrines to overwrite and replace the magnetism of greed with that of gratitude, so that the will of God can descend on the land of Japan. First of all, let’s start filling your home with magnetism of gratitude.

Do not Depend on Things or Persons Other Than You

81pvowlMOmL

There are a lot of people who don’t believe in themselves. They assume that they aren’t good enough, depending on others or religions, trying to escape from reality. They should know that it’s no use trying to depend on others. Each human being is like a universe. Such a mental attitude, which distracts their consciousness from their own universes, would cause themselves huge losses and paralyze their universes.

Why is it no use trying to depend on others? Why does such a mental attitude do you harm? Because you’ll die alone. The more dependant on others you are, the more pain you’ll suffer when you die.

Imagine that your spiritual guru inculcates you with a doctrine that he will appear before you when you’re about to die. Because he doesn’t appear on your deathbed, you’ll despair and continue to suffer even after death. You have to know that however hard you wait for the guru, he never appears.

Also, if you believe the doctrine that God is outside of you, you’ll be panicked too when you’re on the point of death. Because God never appears before you at that time. The fact is not what you think it is. It is mostly your ancestral spirits you have never seen that appear on your deathbed. Though you’ve never seen them, you’ll be able to recognize them as  your ancestors somehow. Or there may be some ancestors you know there.

All human beings are born in this World of Reality through their parents, or ancestors. In the same way, when they leave this world, they are to meet their ancestors. There is no one who comes into being without their ancestors.

  • in the same way 同様に
  • ancestor 先祖

When you go back to the other world through a dimensional wall , you go through a spiritual line of your family line. After passing through the dimensional wall, your soul heads for another world, according to the level of your soul.

  • dimensional 次元
  • head for A Aに向かう

Those are blessed who realize deeply that something great exists in themselves as Inner God, for when they leave this world, the lights of gods related to them will accompany them, together with their ancestral spirits. So, if you want to live always conscious of your Inner God, live life in this World of Reality, interacting with others, and ponder the meaning of the following words:

  • blessed 幸いな
  • Inner God

Not Sublimating Bad Magnetism of the Past You Causes You to Suppress Yourself

81pvowlMOmL

As you keep holding memorial services for your ancestral spirits, you may remember your bad memories. This is a kind of sublimation of the past magnetism, which is very important and good.

  • memory 思い出
  • sublimation 昇華
  • magnetsim 磁気

Though you consciousness appears to have forgotten the memories, the magnetism of your spiritual body at that time still remains. Both you at present and you in the past are alive at the same time, which is due to a law of time and dimension that is beyond the province of modern science.

  • consiouness 意識
  • remain 残る
  • be due to A Aが原因である

Especially, bad memories of the past hold strong magnetism, which affects your subconsciousness. Please remember them, thinking that you’re alive now because you hung tough at that time, and offer gratitude to you in the past. By saying to yourself “I am grateful for being kept alive, ” you can renew and sublimate the bad magnetism.

To have forgotten deceased persons who died in agony or your bad memories would have bad effects on you. So, it’s very effective to remember deceased persons related to you during a memorial service for your ancestors. Unless you sublimate your bad magnetism, you’ll come to suppress it. It’s selfish of you to try to be happy while leaving the past you as it is. This is like you’re holding yourself in bondage.

If you go on like this, it is possible that you pass up good chances somehow, become sick at a critical time, make the worst choice ignoring your parents’ advice and so on. Looking back, you’ll find yourself moving in a bad direction of your own accord as if you were attracted to misfortunes. You would blame anything bad on something other than you though you made the choice. Also, you wouldn’t look at yourself objectively, attributing the causes of bad things happening to you to the place you live, relationships, spirits, graves, feng-shui and so on.

  • of one’s own accord 自ら
  • in spite of A Aにも関わらず
  • attribute A to B AをBのせいにする

There are a lot of people who think that they are unhappy or misfortunate and don’t reflect on themselves, always blaming other people or things. Some people, to make matters worse, turn to wicked religious groups or psychics whose objects are just to make money. Such people will be caught up in evil spirits and end up becoming like puppets with their Inner Gods hiding deep inside.

  • turn to A Aに頼る

To avoid such situations, the way you live is important because most troubles are caused by your unconscious deeds. Though I have seen a lot of people in trouble, most of their troubles were caused by themselves. Spiritual causes are about 20 percent of all cases. When you have a sad or bad experience, try not to let it hurt your heart. Though the cause or reason for your sadness may be others, it is only you who can hurt your heart. Try to live so as to protect your heart, and your Inner God will begin to appear on your life.

  • deed 行い

Do Not Hurt Your Inner God Because of Your Transient Feeling

81pvowlMOmL

While I’m talking with someone or see people in town, I see their Inner Gods. When I meet someone with an offensive attitude, for example, I talk to him as if I were talking with his Inner God. Even offensive people have their own parents and Inner Gods at the bottom of their hearts. By thinking like this, I can talk to such people calmly.

People who hurt another person’s feelings without caring are just showing their bad aspects. They still have their great Inner Gods inside. Since you have your Inner God inside yourself, you should think that you are never hurt by someone’s harsh words. If you get hurt by something others say, why don’t you think that only the surface of your mind was hurt?

  • feelings 感情
  • aspect 側面
  • harsh きつい
  • surface 表面

The surface of the mind is unstable and changes or vanishes in time. You must not hurt your heart, or Inner God, because of your transient emotion, much less kill yourself. You’d regret what you’ve done strongly.

✳︎ The surface of the mind, responding to grief, grudge, anger etc. , is affected by these emotions or produces them conversely.

✴︎ Inner God, or your true heart, tunes in, or responds, to joy, affection, mercy and so on.

  • in time やがて

Though Inner God doesn’t tune in to the frequency of bad feelings, if you’re spiritually immature, it hides itself deep inside your heart. Everyone has his Inner God inside as long as he lives. Taking a look at a face of a murderer or robber, I find it hard to see their Inner Gods because they have hidden themselves deep inside of their hearts. Such criminals are peculiar who go so far as to kill someone for money. On the other hand, when I see people with their Inner Gods appearing on their faces, I feel like praying to them with folded hands.

  • frequency 周波数
  • murderer 殺人者
  • criminal 犯罪者
  • peculiar 奇妙は
  • go so far as to~ 〜しさえする

Always conscious that you’re trusted with your Inner God, live your life in this World of Reality, where you cannot have your own way in everything, and you’ll come to live life making right choices with the state of Kannagara, being with God. Then your world would be the one where you see only joy, affection and mercy. This is a self-satisfied world in a good meaning.

  • trust A with B AにBを任せる
  • make a choice 選択する
