Questions and Answers (44)-(46)

Question 44:

  • because of A Aのために
  • in between 間に
  • be in the wrong

Well, it’s OK. No problem. It is important to treasure your inherent god you take charge of in your heart before your heart is broken due to the stress. Being a good son is sometimes hard for everyone while parents are alive. But if you regard it as a training for improving your spirituality and take it positively, you won’t get angry with them any more.

  • take charge of A Aを預かる
  • break 壊す
  • due to A Aのために
  • regard A as B AをBとみなす

There are so many useless ascetic practices in this world, but being nice to parents is a very useful one in terms of a law of Karma as well. And you can make all the bigger, good Karma because you do it. Not everyone can practice filial piety, so it is important for you to be mindful of it if there is a chance.

  • useless 無駄な
  • ascetic practice 修行
  • in terms of A Aの観点から
  • as well 〜も
  • all the ~ because S+V SがVするためにますます〜

Question 45:

Can I interpret gratitude like this? Even if it comes from a superficial mind at first, it will be a gratitude from the bottom of my heart if I repeat it over and over in my mind.

  • even if S+V たとえSがVするとしても
  • at first 最初は
  • from the bottom of one’s heart
  • over and over 何度も何度も

Yes, that’s right. Once you have formed a habit of having gratitude consciously, you learn to notice something to be grateful for in your daily lives. Unless you are conscious of gratitude, you are likely to miss it. By having gratitude you can accumulate magnetism of gratitude and  this magnetism, in turn, makes things you want to be grateful for happen, and then you come to be grateful for them from your heart.

  • That’s right.
  • be conscious of A Aを意識する
  • be likely to~ 〜しがちである
  • in turn 今度は

Question 46

How should I make a decision about what to do in the face of unbearable human relationships or a change of career?

  • make a decision 決断を下す
  • in the face of A Aに直面して
  • change of career 転職

If you make it a rule to hold memorial services for your ancestors and remind yourself of gratitude, you’ll have no hesitation in choosing the direction in which you really want to go. You can judge brightly, thinking “It’s gonna be alright.” You can terminate relationships with someone without hesitation, too.

  • make it a rule to~ 〜することにしている
  • remind oneself of A Aを思い出す
  • It’s gonna be alright.

Fear of the result makes you hesitate to make up your mind. If you make a decision for yourself, you’ll never regret for what you’ve done. But, if you leave the decision to a fortuneteller or others, you’re sure to feel regret and ill at ease about it even if many years have passed. This is because you abandon your own tasks you have to accomplish and leave them uncompleted.

  • fear 恐怖
  • make up one’s mind 決心する
  • for oneself 自分で
  • leave A to B AをBに任せる
  • fortuneteller 占い師
  • others 他人
  • be sure to~ きっと〜するだろう
  • leave A B AをBのままにしておく

But if you still hesitate to make a decision while you practice holding the service and recalling gratitude, there can be a case that not to make any decision is the best answer, for there are still some tasks you should experience and some efforts you should make before you decide.

  • while S+V SがVする一方で

Return to the ancient faith

My interpretation about the Last Judgement in Christianity is this:

In the days ahead,  as the World of the Dead  disappears, various kinds of spiritual beings from the World of Gods, the World of Spirits, and the World of Hell will move over to this World of Reality. They obsess human beings in accordance with the people’s way of thinking, behaviors, and faith. This phenomenon is not as slight as it was in the past, but so strong that it would be difficult for you to resist it. A man who does good actions and has gratitude will become a living God man. A man who hurts other people and is selfish will be in anguish like in Hell because of the obsession by some spiritual beings from the World of Hell and such people are sure to commit a crime because he or she can’t control themselves.

The Last Judgement represents a world where people sympathizing with Hell  make up the majority. It is not that people are judged or punished by God, but that people destroy and ruin themselves. It is not others who do harm to you. So, it is a fight against yourself. Since human beings have various aspects, it is up to you whether you bring out good or evil in you. Men are vulnerable and complicated, so they need to remember gratitude. We are in transition into an age when ,unless we have the faith of trying to feel and see God in ourselves,  distressing situations are likely to take place.

One of the reasons why the World of the Dead is destroyed by the Original God is that human beings have mistaken for gods dragons or snakes, which are agents of gods, and have had too much faith in them to achieve their selfish desires, forgetting that human beings themselves are noble beings with part of the Original God in themselves.

  • reason 理由

Several thousand years have cotinued when humans with God in theimselves  have been used and subordinated by Kenzoku(眷属), or a kind of agent of gods, which Amaterasuohomikami(天照太御神)feel sad for and Kunitokotachiohkami(国常立太神)resents. The righteous Kenzoku are going back to the World of Righteous God and merge into each parent god. Kunitokotachiohkami will have no mercy on Kenzoku which resist going back where they belonged. The holy sword will be swung down on them. Conventional religions will be gone. We will return to the ancient “faith of having gratitude for existing circumstances.”
