Preference Affected By One of My Previous Lives

Today is my birthday. Though I don’t think it’s a big deal, I ate my favorite food for dinner. The maternity health record book written by a doctor that my mother gave me says that I was born at 11:11:11 on April 8, the same numbers arranged. I like it.  Now that I’m a middle-aged man, I just think “Oh, I’ve got older again!”  every time my birthday comes around.

Looking back on my life, I feel really grateful for having been alive to this day because human beings could die right away at any moment due to carelessness. I think again that for human beings each day is a birthday and a gift to be thankful for. Sometimes the gifts are something painful or sad, but still they are precious ones in a limited life.

What came to my mind this morning is a minor incident I caused when I was a little boy before entering a nursery school. As a boy, I loved watching a bonfire adults in the neighborhood made. As soon as I found a bonfire, I would run up to it and watch it sitting by. I was not tired of watching it for hours. I would often be scolded by my mother looking for me and she said “You’ll wet the bed if you watch a fire!”

One day, when I was watching a bonfire, an adult came to put it out saying “The wind has begun to blow.” I felt very sorry because I especially liked the shape of the fire at that time. Watching the used charcoal, I felt attached to it. So I brought an empty can with a lid for confectionery from my house, put the charcoal in it, took it home and hid it under the desk of my room.

Three hours later, no sooner had I opened the door of my room than I found it was so filled with heavy smoke that I couldn’t see anything. I was shocked and scared at the sight and ran for my parents about to cry. My parents wouldn’t believe me reluctant to come. Needless to say, they came down on me for what I had done. Fortunately, the fire burned only part of the floor. I was so stupid a child. I still love watching fire, so I’ve suggested to my wife several times that we furnish our house with a firewood stove, but she always turns down the suggestion, saying “No, no. Taking care of it is very tough.” What a pity!

The reason why I cling to fire so much is related to one of my previous lives. I have lived my life before as the founder of Zoroastrianism, which is the oldest primitive religion in the present civilization. And then, through different periods of history, I was born in India to be one of the close aide to Shakuson. It is said in general that the figure must have been a relative of Shakuson because he was able to be an aide to Shakuson when he was young and Shakuson was accompanied by him till he died. But this is not true. The karma at that time seems to still have had a strong influence on my present life.

Zoroastrianism had a strong impact on Judaism and Islam. Behind the establishment of these religions was a strong holy spirit. It is Susanoo (スサノオ) who has been in the depth of the religions. And it means that there is a high possibility that Islamic countries will listen to what Japan says, which has been entrusted with Amaterasuohomikami (天照太御神). No other countries other than Japan won’t be able to stop their wars. The close aide to Shakuson was also a reincarnation of Ganesh, looking like a white elephant, which led to Shiva, or a reincarnation of the holy energy of Susanoo. That is, he led to the energy body of Susanoo after all. I will tell my fantasies of my previous lives if the occasion arises.

It’s important to eat during the day.

I’ve been feeling since February 3rd this year that I get full eating smaller amount of food than before. I used to drink cheap wine in a 1.8 liters bottle made in Japan but I can’t drink it now because it tastes so bad.

I had disliked to eat until I entered a kindergarten. I didn’t feel hungry if I didn’t eat and didn’t feel tired playing outside all day. I still remember that I felt pain at mealtime. I feel, somehow, I’m going back to what I used to be.

Those whose appetite is strong have stronger physical bodies than their spiritual ones and the frequency of vibration of their spiritual wave motions is rough. Or it can be said that they are trapped in a habit of eating.

Spiritual wavelength of the World of Reality has been rising in the direction of subtlety because of spiritual sunlight and the electromagnetism of the sun. It matters whether you can tune in with this wavelength or not. If you can’t, symptoms of diseases will appear.

Now we are in the period of transition from the age of a physical body playing a main role to that of a spiritual body. We still need to eat. It’s important to take in well-balanced necessary nutrition and eat until 70 percent full. It’s advisable not to eat after 9 p.m. If you have to eat after 9 p.m., you should skip supper and eat the next morning or if you do, you should eat a little. Midnight snacks are really bad and unnecessary. Unless you eat during the day or within four hours after sunset, your physical body will weaker and weaker in the future ahead.

A World After the World of the Dead Vanishes

According to my psychic reading, there was no spirit world or other spiritual dimension when the prototype of the human beings originated. There existed only two dimensions: the World of Gods and the World of Reality. God and creatures, men and animals, communicated with each other one on one. When humans died, they went back to the World of Gods directly.

  • according to A Aによると
  • dimension 次元

After a while, the souls transmigrated from the World of Gods to the World of Reality and this circulation was repeated. But as selfish minds grew in the human beings in the World of Reality, they came to have difficulty communicating with God and they ended up being unable to go back to the World of Gods directly. As a result, human souls began to stay between the World of Gods and the World of Reality.

In the coming century, the world is to return to the ancient state where the World of Gods and the World of Reality only existed. As the first step, the World of the Dead, which has ruled the human race from behind the scenes over the past several thousands of years, will cease to exist.

Many of the religions founded in the age of the World of the Dead have doctrines or spiritual traps such as incantation or magic words leading to the World of the Dead. Spiritual beings remaining in the World of the Dead are trying to drag the human beings living in the World of Reality with their Inner Gods in their hearts, into the World of the Dead by setting traps, inciting selfish desires or emphasizing mysterious efficacy.

Susanoo(スサノオ), part of Kunitokotachiohokami(国常立太神), is watching over these traps in silence. In ancient times, there were no selfish humans. That is, from now on, only the humans who try to use even God for their own benefit will be caught in the trap. The key point will be whether or not you have gratitude and mercy.

One of my Kenzoku-shins(眷属神, a guardian deity)told me that the Shikinen sengu(式年遷宮) of the Grand Shrine of Ise (伊勢神宮)held in 2013 would be the last one.  By the time the next sengu is held in 2033, with things as they are, the modern civilization will come to a big turning point. To make a soft landing, we need “the 5-percent-of-the human beings movement.” The largest possible number of humans, even if it is 5 percent of the whole human race,  have to be grateful just for being kept alive. If this is realized, things will pan out differently.

The world of human minds will begin to affect the World of Reality strongly.

When the electromagnetic waves from the sun intensifies as never before, it is as if the whole earth were put in a microwave oven, which causes the temperature to rise from inside. As a result, the ice of the North and South Pole will begin to melt from deep inside. The melt of glaciers on the surface of the earth because of global warming is slight compared with the influence of electromagnetic waves from the sun. The speed of rise in sea level will exceed the expectations of scientists.

There is one more serious thing which will promote global warming. The permafrost expanding from Russia to Northern Europe will begin to melt and its leaf mold accumulating deep underground will begin to ferment. Also, The leaf mold accumulating under the ground of the Amazon and the equatorial region will begin to combust spontaneously. The amount of carbon dioxide and gas caused by these natural phenomena will be several times as large as that caused by modern industries.

In addition, the rise in temperature from the inside of the earth will cause groundwater to dry up. I went into a woodland for the first time in a while yesterday. In my spiritual vision, I received a warning from a natural spirit that the trees in the mountains could begin to wither suddenly and all of the mountains could become bald. When Nature has gone, so have myriads of gods. The revelation I received at Ise Grand Shrine that the world would change from a vertically-structured society to a horizontally-structured one seems to hold true of the world of gods.

From now on, the minds of human beings will act more and more strongly on the World of Reality. The key to prevent disasters is gratitude for the present situations living humans give off. This will, and has to, overwhelm material phenomena and improve the situations. It is only living human beings that can save gods. The age is over when human beings are dependent on holy spirits. FAQ 37-38

Question 37

In addition to the theory of “49 days” and “the Styx”, there is a theory in Japan that in the other world a judge like Emma Daio(閻魔大王)makes a decision on whether souls of the dead are heavy or light based on their deeds in their lives and whether they should go to heaven or hell. Rudolf Steiner, who founded anthroposophy, says in his book that after death humans, illuminated by “blaze of remorse, ” remember all of the sins they committed and desire to be born again in this world, feeling a desperate urge to atone for the sins. Is it true that spirits of the dead suffer from remorse and penitence?  Also, how do the incense sticks used in a memorial service for ancestors act on the spirits?

It is true that human beings judge themselves with regret and remorse after they die. It is their own conscience which judges their life fairly and decides which world they should go. There are some criminals who cannot be arrested in this world. But you don’t have to worry about it, for they are to be judged by themselves after death. The reason why some spirits have memorial services held for them is that they did good things after all. To be thanked after death by people living in this world is highly valued in the spirit world. The deceased who are in anguish with remorse are consoled by the energy of gratitude coming from the World of Reality. The smoke of the incense sticks can change into whatever the deceased want. And the soothed souls then go in the direction of not being judged by themselves. To persuade yourself is most important in both this world and the other world.

Question 38

Next year, I’ll be in the year before my climacteric year. Should I visit Ichinomiyha(一宮), the most important shrine in the region,  to have a purification ceremony performed? Or should I do this three times in the years before and after as well as the climacteric one?

  • climacteric year 厄年
  • region 地方
  • purification cerfemony お祓い
  • as well as A Aだけでなく

Spiritual meaning of the climacteric year is to have lived long enough to play an important role in society and we should congratulate ourselves on it. As for women, the year is an important turning point of childbirth and child rearing and it never means the year of disaster. If you visit a local shrine regularly to worship the local deity with gratitude, you don’t have to do anything special. But if you fear or worry about not following manners and customs of the place you live, it is worst. So in this case, it would be better to visit a shrine to offer gratitude to the deity or to have a shinto priest perform some ritual for the safety of your family in the climacteric year.

FAQ 15-16

I started to hold a memorial service for my ancestors, and I had a question the other day. Is it OK to write my surname in Joyo Kanji (常用漢字), the commonly used Chinese characters, on the Tanzaku I use during the service ? In the case where the Kanji I use daily is different from that of the transcript of the family register, such as 斎藤 vs 斉藤, 大澤 vs 大沢, 渡邉 vs 渡辺, which character should I write? You said before that it’s better to write the words written on the Tanzaku should be easy to read because ancestors staying in the lower of level of the World of the Dead have bad eyesight. So that’s why I’m a little bit worried.

  • the other day 先日

  • commonly 一般的に
  • transcript of the family register 戸籍謄本
  • It is better to~ ~した方がよい
  • eyesight 視力
  • that’s why  S+V そういうわけでSはVする

The surname you write on the Tanzaku should be the one you’re now using. So hold the service using your Chinese characters you use in daily lives. There is a spiritual meaning in using the Chinese characters you use now. People in Japan had been using the name of a house before they began to use their own name. In the process of changing the name of a house to a surname, a word in the name of a house was used again in the new surname. So the spiritual current has been taken over in this way.

  • daily lives 日常生活
  • process 過程
  • current 流れ
  • take over A Aを引き継ぐ
  • in this way このように

My family visits a temple of Fudo(不動)every year to have a Buddhist priest pray for avoiding disasters and make a fire-offering for each mebmber of our family. Should we stop this deed for fear some spiritual dirt might be attached to us ?

  • Buddhist priest お坊さん
  • aviod 避ける
  • disaster 災難
  • fire-offering 護摩
  • deed 行為
  • for fear S+V 万が一SがVするといけないので

Strictly speaking, the deed is unnecessary and you’ll have a spiritual handicap. On the contrary, an occult art for personal desires to be realized like this is no good. The fact that you paid money for luck might ease your mind but it is nothing more than solace. In the future ahead, you had better not take on unnecessary magnetism of such a magic ritual. Since the beginning of the Heisei period, more and more people have had an accident just after receiving a magic ritual for a personal profit. The accidents are caused in part by carelessness out of a sense of security, but the age has already begun when anaclitic faith has the opposite effect to what was intended.

FAQ 11-12

I have a question about a memorial service for a Mizuko(水子), a dead baby’s spirit. I heard ancestors and babies live in different places in the other world. Though I learned at some religious group meeting that I have to hold a memorial service for a dead baby’s spirit with love and penitence, but I haven’t been able to do that well. I think I have had my baby feel painful and lonely. What kind of words should I say to him? What is the best way to hold a memorial service for dead babies’s spirits?

  • the other world あの世
  • religious 宗教の
  • penitence 懺悔
  • admit 認める
  • painful 苦しい
  • lonely 孤独な

When you hold a memorial service for the ancestors of your husband’s family line, the third incense stick you offer takes care of your dead baby’s spirit you had before marriage, while dead babies you had after marriage can be taken care of by the first two incense sticks because they are among the ancestors of your present family line.  After offering three incense sticks for the whole ancestors, say “Thank you so much for keeping us alive,” toward your dead babies, because you are now living at the expense of their lives. It is important for you not to forget about them. If you forget, they feel jealous of your kids and are likely to have a bad influence on them. Offer gratitude saying “Thank you so much for keeping us alive.” Remember that you can lead lives because the babies sacrificed themselves. You can think that when you remember them, they are actually close to you.

  • family line 家系

  • marriage 結婚
  • take care of A Aの世話をする

When I had a hard time, I came across your blog and have been able to be positive since I started to hold a memorial service for my ancestors. My surroundings were getting better and better and I came to be grateful for many things everyday, but one day a married man approached me and I had an affair because of my weakness and loneliness. I really respect him and love him so much. Since I don’t think I can stop this feeling and because of a sense of guilt for his family, I suffer great pain every time I hold a memorial service. How do you think my ancestors see me? Is it OK for me to continue holding the service despite this pain?

Please keep on holding memorial services as much as possible, or you won’t be able to look at the situation objectively and you’ll find yourself in a very bad condition. It is because you hold memorial services that you can feel a sense of guilt. The outcome of adultery is 100% miseries of those related. There cannot be happiness while someone is crying. So if you continue the relationship, you have to pay the price. The reason you feel pain in holding the service is because your ancestral spirits are trying to stop you from having an affair. But they can’t stop you because living human beings with a physical body are stronger than spirits in this World of Reality. The World of Reality is not only where human beings can do anything they want but also where their deeds are tried. This is something you should fear in a way. Just keep on holding memorial services for the sake of your ancestors so that you can sustain your conscience, or Inner God.

As long as you hold memorial services for your ancestors with gratitude, remind yourself of gratitude in everyday lives, and keep away from any spiritual business, there’s no problem. You are in charge of  your inner god, too. Develop your conscience, and you’re OK. Also, to take a cup of tepid water with a tiny amount of sea salt in it many times a day would advance the purification of your physical body and spiritual one. You can change yourself mentally and physically as long as you live. This is a privilege of the World of Reality. In the other worlds, your state of the moment you die remains fixed.

I decided to continue practicing memorial services for my ancestors even if I didn’t understand the reason well. It’s been a month since I started it. And I’m gonna carry it on. I had had gratitude for my ancestors before I started it, but the ritual with incense sticks doesn’t feel right somehow, and I always wonder if this is a right thing to do, or if I can truly make myself understood by the spirits. I cannot help feeling a little uneasy.

All you have to do is to offer incense sticks toward the Tanzaku(短冊, a kind of strip of paper)with gratitude in mind and leave the place. When you do it, you should use three incense sticks from the beginning. Your mind to try to help your ancestors, reversing at your subconsciousness, will help yourself after all. If you can continue the practice, it means your heart reaches your ancestral spirits. If not, you are sure to stop doing it. Believe what you’re doing.

FAQ 1-2

Was it planned a long, long time ago that in the hierarchy ranging from the World of Hell to the World of Gods, all the other worlds such as the World of the Dead and the World of Hell would be abolished and projected onto the World of Reality by a big change to come? Or was it decided during the past hundred years that because human beings couldn’t mend their ways, they’d have to pay the price? Or is God going to correct the system he himself created and reform it? In any case, I think I have to prepare myself for accepting the future.

It is not that God interferes one-sidedly and makes a judgement. Whether you tread the path to self-destruction, or whether you try to improve yourself mentally – the selection of human beings is under way automatically. In other words, automatic sorting to pick out souls who have aspiration and kindness has already been put in operation. The present time is the last stage of reincarnation, so it seems that a lot of chances have been given to each soul, which was decided many ages ago. This blog, Ise-hakusan Dou(伊勢白山道)is the very last warning and proclamation of it. Now that we’re living in the last stage, the problem is whether or not you can accept the warning genuinely and turn your mind to Inner God even 0.5 or 1 %.  In this period of time it is not need to be discussed whether you can believe it or not, because what I say is easily understandable to the souls who are ready for it.

You said that spiritual beings whose attitude are similar to that of ours would come close and we living human beings are going to live with spirits or holy ones toward the world of Miroku(弥勒の世). Can we perceive the moment when those spirits come close to me? Like I have some mysterious experience or suddenly I find myself having a different way of thinking. Would I feel something is unusual? I cannot help but think that having found this blog itself is a kind of spiritual advance for me.

The higher the level of a spiritual being, the more natural its assimilation, called a state of Kannagara(カンナガラ), or being with God. Righteous spirits don’t make you feel anything strange, while lower-level spirits make you feel something strange from the beginning. Many of you seem to be concerned about what spirits you’re possessed with. If you are so, just look at your usual way of thinking or favorites objectively. You may think that you’re possessed with a spirit whose way of thinking is similar to yours. You don’t have to worry about it, because once you do, it never ends. You’re OK as long as you can hold memorial services for the sake of your ancestors with gratitude in mind. If you do so, then spiritual beings who want to help others like you will come close to you, and you will be helped, too.
